If you're reading this page it's because you're interested in our recruitment process. Here's how it works; A player who is interested can go to PopRe.net and choose the "Clans" tab at the top of the page. You want to select "The Last Legion" where you'll be taken to our clan page. On this page you want to select "Request to Join". When you do, an Administrator will accept your request. You will become a recruit for the clan undergoing a trial period of at least 1 week and up to however long we feel you should keep to a recruit. Your time as a recruit depends on how much involvement you have with the clan. Some of the things we'll look at is your posting on our forums, comments on our website, games played with our members and how much you are socializing with other members. Remember, the more active you are, the sooner it is you will join.
Is that all you need to do? No. You also need to apply before you're going to become a recruit. The application process is more or less a silly way to get to know you better as an individual. As much as we're serious about recruiting more skilled players, we do understand that the lesser skilled players are equally important. The application is designed specifically to encourage growth socially within our community and enlighten the mood between players. We won't discriminate players based on skill, when skill is a matter of activity and actively participating in Populous. If you're not very skilled at all, do not fear the application, embrace it.
Once you become a recruit, it's all up to on how quickly you become a member. If you become a recruit it's because the clan decided to give you a chance. This means someone in the clan likes you enough to give you a try. We look for loyalty, dedication, commitment, activity, socializing, special skills, skill, knowledge, friendship and more. You won't need all of these traits, just a few. As a recruit you will gain access to our website and forums like a member. You can comment on things on our website as well as participate in discussions on our forum. This is your trial period. If you mess it up, you might not have another opportunity.
In a few weeks time, you'll become a member. This grants you the ability to wear our tag. You are not required to wear it, but it does become your option to wear as you choose. In this stage of your role within our clan you can look to become a moderator or other specially designed ranks. It's up to us as a collective unit to enhance the Populous world.
