The symmetry tool used to be found here: http://www.tedtycoon.co.uk/wiki/Symmetry_Tool but that website has gone down a long time ago. The download link will inform you that there may be a virus on this file but I assure you that there isn't a virus on the file. It contains the symmetrytool.exe, uninstall.exe, and help.chm files. A program created by Tedtycoon where players have the ability to patch their Populous 3 games with various changes effectively altering spells, units, graphics and much more before and during game. Essentially this is a cheat device that can allow you to spam spells, have infinite range and have a mess game. This, however, is not acceptable in the PopRe community. Using this product on the PopRe MM will result in being booted from the game. It is not recommended to use their. Players can connect directly to each other outside the MM and play head to head. This is a decrypted file that contains the architecture that defines the Populous game mechanics. Basically you can change things like: tree capacity, unit health, unit speed, mana generation rate per unit, spell cast range, spell duration, building health, required wood to build and so much more.

PopRe's matchmaker can be found here. This is the largest fan created community about the game. This community is controlled by Inca and administrated by Kiyana, TheGabber and CDplayer. Shakkazulu, Walhalla and Apnea are the 3 moderators. The mappack checkers are Nefarius, Tarigon and Wicked. Some of the programmers include TedTycoon, ProtonageNet, Red and Khickman. I am not sure which version this is, but you will need to run your update before using the program.
